- Ensure life cycle approach to all families and all age group screened for individual health problems, Nutrition and health services.
- Ensure tracking of services like nutrition, birth defect screening, immunization, Malnutrion detection, supplementary food service assurance, Adolescent care, Family planning services must envisioned to be delivered on home visit, the VHND day,AW and School that reduce drop out by advance information for the service through SMS and outcome tracking.
- Complete screening and CD, NCD disease surveillance of whole community through Home visit by Female health worker, Volunteers and Health Check-up of Mother, child and Adolescent in regular intervals.
- Regular monitoring, opening of these peripheral centres in time, maintain stock of equipment’s, food, medicine and consumables to maintain services and Referral Services for all maternal, child and other individuals for health issues.
- Ensure concrete planning ,service providing and tracking reduce the incidence of mortality, morbidity, malnutrition and school dropout.
- Ensure to lay the foundation for proper psychological, physical and social development of the child
